Journey to Grass Roots Football

The pathway we offer to help all of our children succeed:

Footy4Tots → Footy4Kids

Footy4Kids → Grassroots Football Team

Elite Session → Academy Football

At Footy4Kids, we believe that every footballing journey starts with a single kick and it begins right here in Scunthorpe. From the first time a toddler joins Footy4Tots, to the moment a young player joins a local team, we’re proud to support and shape that journey through fun, energetic, and confidence-building football sessions.

Our programme is specially designed for children of all ages, helping them build not just football skills, but life skills too. Through weekly sessions and football camps, children are introduced to the game in a supportive, safe, and exciting environment. Whether it’s learning to pass, dribble, shoot – or simply understanding teamwork and discipline – every child is nurtured at their own pace by our dedicated and experienced coaches.

Grassroots football isn’t just about producing stars – although some of our kids have gone on to join local clubs and even train with major town teams — it’s about building character. It’s about the friendships formed, the goals celebrated  and the lessons learned both on and off the pitch. For many of our young players, Footy4Kids is the first step in a football journey that may one day lead to bigger stadiums – but more importantly, it’s the beginning of a love for the game that lasts a lifetime.

Based in Scunthorpe, we’re proud to serve the local community and to be a trusted stepping stone for young footballers. Parents tell us that their children grow in confidence, coordination and communication, as well as technical ability. The children don’t just come to train, they come to be part of the Footy4Kids family and make friends that last a lifetime.

So whether your child is taking their first kick or dreaming of playing for their local team, Footy4Kids is here to guide, support and cheer them on. Because every journey in football begins with a place to play and coaches that believes in them.
