What’s your favourite thing about working with children?
The reaction a child has when they finally pull off the skill or technique they’ve been trying to do all session.

What’s your proudest moment as a coach?
Seeing the progression of my first school football team I took over. We went from 3 players on my first ever session to a full squad, multiple Scunthorpe & District Cups and getting to the last 16 of the English Schools Cup.

Favourite player: Danny Whitehall

Position you play or used to play: Used to be a GK, now a RB/RWB

Coaching style in three words: Motivational, supportive, fun.

What do you want every child to learn from your sessions?
The joy of playing football.

Favourite football memory:
Saving the winning penalty to win the Lincolnshire County Cup.
